How to apply
1. Contact the International Relations Office at your university and find out whether your university has an Erasmus+ exchange agreement with Tallinn Health Care College in your field of study.
Please note that your language proficiency in English should be at least on the level B2 in order to study or have a practical training at the Tallinn Health Care College. Tallinn Health Care College has the right to conduct a Skype interview with you to test your language skills.

2. Application period: Documents for the autumn semester for the academic year 2017/2018 should be submitted by 15 May 2017. Documents for the spring semester of the academic year 2017/2018 should be submitted by 15 November 2017.
3. Application process:
Step 1: Please start by kindly asking your Erasmus+ coordinator to send your nomination letter to Ms Sirje Vägi (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Students looking for a traineeship in the field of occupational therapy, pharmacy, dental technology, optometry and health promotion, please agree upon the content of your traineeship with the respective haead of curriculum:

NB! Please note that we offer traineeships only as they are in our curriculum (ECTS, traineeship hours, evaluation: non-distinctive or distinctive evaluation as written in the table above). Please discuss your training plan at your home university.

NB! Please note that we offer courses as described on our webpage - we use non-distinctive evaluation (passed/failed). It means that you will not be given a mark.
Step 3: Please fill in our online application form (Please avoid using internet explorer to open the form!) and send the other required documents to firstname.lastname@example.org. We don´t send you any confirmation letter after receiving your online application.

Transcript of records - this is a document stating which courses and traineeships you have already passed and what were your results. Normally it can be printed out from the study information system.
Copy of passport or ID-card (from both sides)
NB! Placements in the field of nursing and midwifery have the following medical requirements:
- declaration of health (please ask your family doctor to fill it in, sign and stamp it. Without this document you can´t start your traineeship in the field of nursing or midwifery)
We recommend you to have travel and health insurance.
NB! The Tallinn Health Care College does not provide you with neither accidence insurance, health insurance nor the liability insurance. Having the adeqate insurance is the student´s responsibility.

4. Evaluation and final certificate
After the completion of your exchange programme you will receive a transcript of records from our online study information system.
You can apply for accommodation at our student hostel: http://ttk.ee/en/student-hostel-application-form Please find general information about the student hostel and prices here. Accommodation for students is also provided by Academic Hostel. Find out more here. It is also possible to rent a room or apartment in Tallinn. In this case please be careful and take time to do the research to be sure the accommodation provider is trustworthy.
