3) Funding
Staff coming from Partner Countries gets a daily contribution to their expenses of 140 euro (incl. accommodation, insurance, daily allowance).
Each selected individual participant will get a travel contribution based on the distance from the sending to the receiving institution. The distance between the sending and receiving institution is calculated by using the European Commission distance calculator.

Nota bene: the "travel distance" represents the distance between the place of origin and the venue, whereas the "amount" covers the contribution to the travel both to and from the venue.
Tallinn Health Care College is responsible for signing the grant agreement with participants and will administer all grant payments for mobility to Europe ("incoming") and from Europe ("outgoing").
The Erasmus+ grant will be paid to the participant once this agreement has been signed. Income tax (21%) according to the legislation of Estonia will be withheld from the grant.
4) Certificate
At the end of your teaching or training period you will receive a certificate from the Tallinn Health Care College. The certificate indicates the dates of your actual work days and does not include travel days.
5) EU Survey
At the end of the period abroad all mobile staff will be required to submit a final report. Staff will receive the link to the survey automatically by e-mail and will be expected to complete the survey at the end of the mobility period.
