  • Traineeship application form - please start by kindly asking your Erasmus+ coordinator to submit your Nomination Letter here. It should include the student's full name, field of study and current year of study, mobility period and contact information of the coordinator at the Sending institution. After our Erasmus+ coordinator has confirmed your Nomination Letter, you will receive further instructions to your email. Please upload all the required documents and be sure to submit the application.
NB! Please note that our practical training places are located all over Estonia. Therefore the applicant is not guaranteed to have a placement in Tallinn!
Declaration of health - please ask your family doctor to fill it in, sign and stamp it. Without this document, you can't start your traineeship.
  • Studies application form - please start by kindly asking your Erasmus+ coordinator to submit your Nomination Letter here. It should include the student's full name, field of study and current year of study, mobility period and contact information of the coordinator at the Sending institution. After our Erasmus+ coordinator has confirmed your Nomination Letter, you can start filling the Learning Agreement here

Please note that we offer traineeships only as they are in our curricula (ECTS, working hours, evaluation). Please discuss your training plan at your home university.

If you would like to take elective subjects, please take a look at our list of courses in English. Please note that we offer courses as described on our webpage - we use non-distinctive evaluation (passed/failed). It means that you will not be given a mark. An exception is the course Global Health.

Insurance

We recommend you to have travel insurance. European Health Insurance Card is obligatory! In case you can not apply for a European Health Insurance Card, it is obligatory to have health insurance coverage in Estonia. The Tallinn Health Care College does not provide you with either accident insurance, health insurance nor liability insurance. Having adequate insurance is the student's responsibility.

Evaluation and the final certificate

Kindly ask your mentor at the hospital to fill in your feedback form before you leave. After that you will receive the Transcript of Records - either by e-mail or on paper.

Accommodation

Until we have not confirmed your learning agreement, please do not fill in the hostel application! You can apply for accommodation at our student hostel here. Please find general information about the student hostel and prices here. Accommodation for students in Tallinn is also provided by Academic Hostel. Find out more here. It is also possible to rent a room or an apartment in Tallinn. In this case please be careful and make sure that the accommodation provider is trustworthy.
